The optimal net width depends on the target product diameter and weight. For example, a 1kg garlic pack typically uses a 20-25cm layflat tubular net with 7 g/m density, whereas a 25kg potato sack requires a 50x80cm woven Leno bag with 32 GSM. Yes. We provide complimentary sample swatches and pre-cut net roll test lengths for qualified commercial buyers to test on their packaging machines or packing lines. Buyers typically cover international courier postage (DHL/FedEx).
Standard export payment terms include Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at Sight) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T with 30% advance deposit and 70% balance against scanned Bill of Lading and shipping documents).
