Buyer Due Diligence

Quality Documentation & Product Verification

Review the documents to request before ordering packaging nets: product specifications, relevant test reports, certification scope and sample approval.

Certification Scope

If your procurement policy requires ISO 9001 or another certification, ask sales to confirm availability and supply the relevant certificate. Check the holder, issuing body, scope and validity dates. This page does not independently verify certification status.

Food-Contact Requirements

Identify the destination market, food type and intended contact conditions. Request any applicable material declaration or test report for the quoted product. Do not treat a general food-grade description as evidence of compliance with every market's requirements.

Mechanical & UV Testing

Agree the product dimensions, tensile or load requirement and any UV-exposure requirement in writing. If a test report is needed, review the method, sample identification and acceptance criteria before approving the order.

Before You Approve a Bulk Order

  • Match the quotation and sample to the same material, mesh structure, width, weight and packing format.
  • Check that any supplied certificate or report actually covers the product or manufacturing scope you are buying.
  • Agree inspection criteria and shipping documents with sales and your importer or customs adviser.
  • If buyer references are important, ask sales whether permission-based references are available. No anonymous customer quotation is presented here as verified evidence.

Request Documents for Your Product

Send the product name, required specification, destination country and documents required by your purchasing team. Document availability and applicability must be confirmed before order acceptance.
